Hatha yoga
Experience a classical Yoga practice that builds strength and capacity first and emphasizes joint safety before developing flexibility. That incorporates all 8 limbs of Yoga so you’re practicing the philosophical alongside the physical. Our Hatha Yoga instructors bring a combined half century of practice onto the mat and are equipped to help you personalize the practice to your individual needs.
