Livestream Hatha Yoga
A tight-to-time one-hour practice aimed and helping you get your week started right. Revitalize your posture, strengthen and balance your body, and get grounded in yourself.
Taught by our owner Tiffany, this class has the same emphasis on alignment shared by our other classes in a quicker-paced format to efficiently provide a well-rounded practice.
Required props: a sticky mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and ideally two supportive blankets. We occasionally use tennis or lacrosse balls for soft tissue release.
This class is only available by monthly membership. It does not follow the six week session cycle; it is offered every Monday of the year except the last two weeks of December.
