Tiffany Bucknam

Tiffany Bucknam, MSW, RYT, FRCms took her first Yoga class in 1994. She has practiced applying Yogic philosophy to her daily life for decades. Her work is rooted in the understanding that aligning and stabilizing the physical can heal the psychological.

An enthusiastic student of functional anatomy, Tiffany teaches both Hatha Yoga and Functional Mobility Training classes. A loving witness to the human condition, she offers compassionate counsel to those seeking healing and integration.

Sara Mahowald

Sara Mahowald, CIYT (Level 1), was diagnosed with moderate scoliosis at age 13. Dealing with chronic pain by college, Sara took a Yoga for Scoliosis class in 2015 and never looked back. The class, with Robin Thorpe, CIYT, was taught in the Iyengar style, with a focus on anatomy and structure that helped her manage her pain.

Sara took teacher training courses with Leslie Bradley, CIYT and Craig Kurtz in 2019. She attends teacher development classes with Kelly Moore, LMT, CIYT, C-IAYT and Steven Norber on a monthly basis. She became a certified teacher in the Iyengar method in 2022.

A passionate seamstress and crafter, Sara also teachers others how to hand mend and upcycle their clothes.

Joanne Pearson

Joanne embraces yoga through the Iyengar Tradition. She received her certification as a CIYT in 2017 after extensive study and practice with Leslie Bradley and Craig Kurtz. While she has practiced different types of yoga, she has found Iyengar yoga allows the opportunity to learn yoga in a method with clear and precise  instruction with the use of props.

Joanne continues her learning through classes and workshops. She is committed to sharing yoga and pranayama while adapting to the needs of students. Joanne is also a practitioner and a facilitator of Centering Prayer and is currently serving on the Board of the InterMountain Iyengar Yoga Association

Joanne brings a background from nursing where she worked as a nurse and nurse practitioner caring for children with serious and chronic illness for many years. She enjoys living in the foothills with her husband and 2 terriers and loves walking, hiking and being in nature.

Colleen Osborne

Colleen Osborne is a Life Coach and Certified Holden Qi Gong Instructor. She has been teaching Qi Gong since 2021, after using it to help her recover from Covid early in the pandemic. Through Qi Gong, she experienced a depth of connection to herself and others in a life changing way.

Colleen is the owner of Catalyst, a healing arts practice that promotes personal growth with somatic life coaching and traditional Chinese movement systems.. She has worked with people across the globe to support them in moving toward more authentic, joyful lives.

Robin Thorpe

Robin is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher at Level 2.  She has over 20 years of teaching experience, including working with students with scoliosis.  Robin travelled to Pune to study with the Iyengar family and will happily take any opportunity to practice with Abhijata Iyengar

She continues her regular studies with Leslie Bradley, Elise Browning Miller, and visiting senior teachers.  She is delighted to share the Iyengar yoga methodology with the community and looks forward to meeting you.  You can learn more about Robin and her teaching at www.robinthorpe.com.
