Winter Solstice Practice and Ritual

  • Akasha Collective 5810 W. 38th Ave Suite 3 Wheat Ridge USA (map)

Celebrate the onset of the season of turning inward with a sense of deep intention and honoring. The Winter Solstice is a pivotal point in the astrological year, marking a time to travel inward and integrate that which has happened during the fervent blooming of spring and summer and the slow quieting of fall.

This special evening will include a candle making and lighting ritual, a gentle yoga practice, and yoga nidra (“yogic sleep,” a practice of guided meditation and deep relaxation).

There is no charge for this practice and ritual. Love offerings will be accepted in studio.
