Corrective and Therapeutic Movement
Exercising safely after an injury, surgery, or major illness is a key to rebuilding your health. With years of experience and training in understanding healthy movement, Tiffany will design a safe, effective program that honors your body’s unique needs, working with your existing treatment team (doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, etc) to keep your routine consistent with your recovery. Tiffany has helped people heal from myriad acute and chronic injuries, during and after chemotherapy, and pre- and post- surgeries, and working with psychological trauma.
These 1:1 sessions and can be done either in-person or online. Evolition employs a number of tools and modalities depending on your needs an interests: therapeutic Yoga, corrective exercise, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), somatic experiencing, etc.
Personal Fitness Training
Do you want to develop a fitness routine but don’t know where to start? Are you worried you might get hurt—or are you embarrassed about your abilities or appearance? Personal training can help you exercise in a safe, individualized way. Most of Tiffany’s clients have a fitness need that is dear to them, including weight loss, managing arthritis pain with exercise, accommodating a hectic work schedule, healing from trauma . . . There are so many ways that personal training can support you!
Tiffany offers personal fitness training both in-person and online, depending on your needs. Personal training can be done 1:1, with a friend (called buddy training), or in a small group. Evolition often has small groups running
Group Classes
Tiffany offers drop-in group fitness and yoga classes throughout the week. All of these classes are available online and some offer in-person options as well.
