Corrective and Rehabilitative Exercise
Exercising safely after an injury, surgery, or major illness is a key to rebuilding your health. With years of experience and training in understanding healthy movement, Tiffany will design a safe, effective exercise program that honors your body’s unique needs, working with your existing treatment team (doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, etc) to keep your routine consistent with your recovery. Tiffany has helped people heal from myriad acute and chronic injuries, during and after chemotherapy, and pre- and post- surgeries. Rates are listed below.
Individual Personal Training
Do you want to develop a fitness routine but don’t know where to start? Are you worried you might get hurt—or are you embarrassed about your abilities or appearance? Personal training can help you exercise in a safe, individualized way. Most of Tiffany’s clients have a fitness need that is dear to them, including weight loss, managing arthritis pain with exercise, accommodating a hectic work schedule, healing from trauma . . . There are so many ways that 1:1 training can support you!
Individual training and corrective exercise sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as early as 5:30am. Rates are $65/hour, $75 if the session is after 4pm. Tiffany’s goal is to prepare you to successfully exercise in any environment that you wish, helping you transition to group classes when the time feels right. It is an honor to be part of your journey.
Small and Large Group Fitness
In addition to 1:1 personal training, Tiffany offers buddy and small group personal training. Small groups are an excellent way to minimize the cost of personal training while still getting individual attention. You can find her current small groups here. Additionally, Tiffany teaches traditional group fitness and Hatha Yoga classes. Find her group fitness classes, including Functionally Fit and STRONG by Zumba, at InFit. Join her for Hatha Yoga at Santosha Yoga on Thursday mornings.
