Welcome to Hatha Yoga!

Tiffany teaches two drop-in Hatha Yoga Classes Per week:

  • Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:35 pm. An all-levels class, just right for transitioning out of your workday and into a good night of sleep.

  • Thursday mornings 9-10:30 am. This all-levels class is a continuation of the 9am Hatha Yoga class that I taught at Santosha Yoga for many years. While welcoming of beginners and those with limitations in the body, this class does approach some advanced poses.

All times are Mountain Time. You may attend the class either in-person at The Akasha Collective in Wheat Ridge, CO.

Class recordings

Your monthly subscription includes access to recordings of prior classes. Feel free to take any class that interests you; you are not restricted to classes that you usually attend. Access class recordings here.

Suggested props for practicing at home (props are provided in-studio):

  • A yoga mat

  • 2 blankets

  • Two yoga blocks aka bricks

  • A strap, belt, scarf, or old tie

  • A sturdy chair (a folding chair or kitchen table chair would work well)
