Start your week with intention and clarity

This Monday morning Hatha class with Crystal Bailey offers a balanced blend of grounding postures, gentle strengthening, and spacious breath to awaken your body and center your mind for the day ahead. The class begins gently and gradually builds to a challenging sequence designed to open both your body and mind! You’ll feel the difference as you allow for deeper engagement and exploration in each pose.

Each session includes insights into yoga philosophy as well as personalized alignment tips tailored to your unique body, helping you cultivate strength, flexibility, and stability in your joints. Moving at an accessible and steady pace, we’ll explore alignment, create openness, and build connection between body, breath, and inner awareness. Each class invites you to release weekend tension, reset your energy, and step into the week feeling refreshed, focused, and anchored. And don’t worry—we’ll wrap things up with a blissful, juicy savasana to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

All levels are welcome—come as you are!  Begin your week with presence, movement and mindfulness!

Crystal teaches classical Hatha Yoga in a slow flowing style that gives you time to experience each pose before transitioning to the next.

We are excited to bring Crystal’s Hatha Flow class onto our regular weekly schedule starting January 5, 2026, Mondays at 9am.

Crystal Bailey

For more than two decades, Crystal has walked the path of yoga—as a student, teacher, and lifelong seeker. Her journey began as an act of personal healing and has blossomed into a devotion to share yoga’s transformative power with others. Through classes, workshops, yoga teacher trainings, and yoga retreats around the world, she invites students to rediscover their innate wholeness and to live from a place of deep connection.

Crystal completed her 200-hour teacher training with Wanderlust Studios in Austin, Texas, and Olympic Valley, California. She is an E-RYT 500 and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She was the guiding heart of True North Yoga Studio in Paducah, Kentucky for ten years.

Her teachings weave together mindfulness, embodiment, and soulful inquiry. Crystal holds sacred space for students to soften, awaken, and listen—to find the quiet wisdom that lives within. She believes that yoga is a practice of remembrance, guiding us home to gratitude, compassion, and the truth of who we are.

As a mother, grandmother, and community nurturer, Crystal carries the essence of yoga into every aspect of her life, honoring it as both a practice on the mat and a way of being in the world.

At Evolition, we honor yoga’s roots while honoring your body. Our standard is safe and intelligent practice for every member of the class. You may feel awkward learning something new or challenged as you build strength, but you should never feel pain. If something hurts or you’re unsure of your alignment, please speak up. We are here to guide you.
