get back to your body, and begin a better life

Hatha Yoga is an ages-old movement practice that benefits all layers of the body and mind. It builds a healthy structure that often results in improved range of motion. You can expect to increase your body awareness, strength, and movement quality. Our students frequently report reductions in their stress levels and feelings of stiffness in the body.

Crystal weaves a tapestry for all of the layers of your being, offering instructions for how to perform poses correctly alongside education about Yoga’s underlying philosophy. Her down to earth knowledge and approachable demeanor make her an excellent guide for your practice. Whether this is your first experience with yoga or you’ve been on the mat for years, you’ll find a home in Crystal’s class.

Crystal teaches classical Hatha Yoga in a slow flowing style that gives you time to experience each pose before transitioning easefully to the next.
