Commit to 6 weeks of some of the most fun, most effective cardiovascular fitness around! STRONG Nation is a kickboxing-based High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class set to the beat of music to keep you motivated and working hard. Our Monday night Special Session is a committed group seeking to improve our fitness while honoring limitations in our own bodies. We are an all-levels group offering modifications for a variety of limitations, with both high- and low-impact variations of the moves being demonstrated for an effective, personalized experience.
