revitalize your body, mind, and spirit
Qi Gong is an mindful movement practice that originated in ancient China. It is renown for its ability to simultaneously energize the body while calming the nervous system. The practice is done standing in an easy posture, with slowly flowing movements practiced for several minutes before changing. You may also practice sitting in a chair if standing is not available for you or you need a rest.
Colleen practices and teaches Qi Gong from a place of deep mindfulness and self acceptance. She find this to be a loving practice that helps shift the mind and emotions to a more peaceful, calm, relaxed state. She is part of a worldwide network of Holden Qi Gong teachers and invests heavily in both her own practice and continuing education. Attending her class, you get grounded experience and effective practice.
