Grounded in story and ritual, we’ll spend our day in a series of enlivening explorations and embodiment practices, share a catered lunch, and have ample space for reflection, discussion, and connection. Expect laughter, lightness, and support to bring into being whatever’s next for each of us. Look forward to being refreshed, stronger, and re-opened to all the good available to you.

Ritual as Medicine is limited to 12 spaces. Cost is $250 per participant, $200 for those registered by April 10th. Your fee includes lunch and all materials needed for the retreat. Please bring a water bottle or tea mug and, if you wish, a journal to capture realizations that may arise in you.
