Integrate the magic of the holiday season with an elevated version of our usual Tuesday night Hatha Yoga practice. Enjoy a meaningful practice in warm candlelight and warm community.

Three Tuesdays, 12/5; 12/12; and 12/19. Practice on the 19th will include Yoga Nidra in conjunction with the upcoming Winter Solstice. Delicious!

This class is suitable for all levels of practice. Practitioners should be able to get onto and off of the floor independently (with support of props if needed). Please bring your own yoga mat, though there are some for use in studio if you need.

$18 drop-in, payable by electronic invoice in late December. No registration is required, simply come to class! Use the door code 5621# to enter the building.
