Welcome the season of harvest with an afternoon of uplifting, relaxing, and healing!

The ceremony starts with ceremonial drinking of cacao. This ceremonial grade cacao is a heart opening herb, the drinking of which is interwoven with deep connection and intention setting.

As the drinking concludes, we’ll ease into a delicious Restorative Yoga practice. Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body as it eases into postures chosen for support and healing.

The postures are paired with a Sound Bath, the playing of ethereal healing tones, the vibrations of which penetrate deep into the bodymind. Allow the beautiful sounds of bells, bowls, and chimes to help you relax and access deeper layers of healing.

During the sound bath, receive Reiki, a traditional Japanese energetic healing art that directs prana (life force energy, also known as qi) anywhere it is needed. There will also be some light massage and firm pressure touch.

At the end of the ceremony, we’ll gather to reflect on our experiences and support each other with integrating that which we have learned.

There are two opportunities to enjoy this uplifting ceremony: 1-3(ish) pm and 5-7(ish) pm.
