Stick to It! is a 6 week skill-building and self-discovery workshop dedicated to helping you understand what's happening inside of YOU when your plan breaks down and teaching you the skills you need for success. Education about the neurobiology of habits and why they are so sticky. Guided self-study to identify what drives resistance or failure to make the changes you want. Support and wisdom from people who have been there. Let's make 2018 the healthy year you have been dreaming of!
Cost is $120 for the 6 week session, $90 for participants in current Evolition groups and Inspiration Fitness members (see Tiffany for registration information). Be sure to bring a notebook or journal to capture your reflections and learnings both inside and outside of class.
