This small group personal training session meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:15 am to 12:15 am. This group is designed for people who have issues in the body: joint injury/replacement, returning to fitness from a long break or an injury, scoliosis, arthritis and other types of bodily pain, etc.
Workouts are varied and demanding but also tailored for each participants' needs. There is a strong emphasis on gaining and maintaining overall fitness (cardiovascular, strength, mobility, balance) and on learning and mastering healthy ways of moving you individual body.
Participants are asked to commit to 2 or 3 days per week for a month at a time. $15 per class that you plan to attend is paid in advance for the month ahead. Class size is limited to between 6 and 8 participants, based on the needs of the class members.
