Balance is a unique and complex skill that requires the body and brain to integrate information from multiple different systems. Join Tiffany and Total Health Solutions’ Dr. Jen Perez in an exploration of the human balance system, including our eyes; muscles and joints; vestibular system; and nervous systems.
We will learn about the balance system and practice exercises to help make our balance better. This barefoot class will include simple movements like Tadasana (mountain pose), Vrksasana (tree pose), Phalakasana (plank), side plank, squat, and walking over varied surfaces. Modifications are available for all of the movements.
People of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
